WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT BUDO MOUNTAIN?
At Budo Mountain, we are not here to learn a martial sport and be involved in sparring competitions. We are also not here to tough it out through aggressive grappling with high risk of injury.
We are here to develop concrete self protection skills for ourselves and our loved ones.
We are here to feel amazing in our bodies, strong, coordinated, healthy and fit.
We are here to build each other up to be powerful and successful in every challenge we take on.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Sensei Sean teaches from the heart. His life has been dedicated to martial arts study from the age of 5 and he shares this passion with kindness and finesse. At Budo Mountain, you will be guided through your training with:

Our new adult program starts February 14th, 2017. Our group will be limited to 20 members to start and will expand in a few months. Our first members will of course receive a special Thank You rate good for the entire first year of training.
